Marg Clarity Wave

We started using Clarity Wave because we were looking to find out what our employees were thinking of our company. I had used other types of surveys in my other companies and usually, the participation was really low. However, I was surprised to see that, the way this system is built, we are getting around 75% of weekly participation. This is pretty impressive considering it is a weekly survey.We have gotten some pretty eye-opening feedback and my employees love it.

I was surprised to see a system that had so many useful features. First there are the weekly surveys, which take literally 5 minutes to answer.Then there's the community where me and my team can send virtual stickers and points that they can redeem at the EPIC store.Then, the icing on the cake… everyone gets to see their own scores! At first I was a little intimidated by the results but it's so nice to see where I can start improving. I actually look forward to Mondays (when the surveys are activated).

I decided to work with Clarity Wave to install EPIC in my company because they offer a large amount of features at the same or even less than other systems I evaluated. EPIC not only does weekly surveys but also peer to peer recognition and an incentive store that keeps everyone motivated to participate regularly.

I am very grateful that my employer hired Epic because now we can give our opinion about the company and my fellow employees. I also like getting my own scores which has helped me become a better employee.

EPIC is very simple to use. Their support team is always there to help you if you get stuck. It's great to let the management of the company know how they're doing and what they can do better. The prize store is a great incentive to participate and it's also very nice to give my co-workers feedback as well. Overall I'm very happy using this system.
