What do you like best?
Best predictive dialer I found on the market - I tested other predictive dialers including Five9, Ytel, PhoneBurner, and many others and this dialer was by far the best and was less expensive than just about every other system I tested.
Excellent Customer Service, Instant Setup
Great sound quality
We liked how easy it was to use will very little agent training required.
There are too many great features to list but I will share a few that we are thrilled with.
It saved me a lot of time because its easy to use
he system was very user friendly, great for an non-tech guy like myself
What do you dislike?
Can't say I have any complaints, but if i have to say something a better management when using slow Internet connection.

What do you like best?
If you have 2-5 agents only and are taking a minimal number of calls, Calltools is definitely an ideal platform to use. With an easy setup with just username and password, your agent can start calling right away. It is web-based so as simple as going to the website and logging in using your username and password, you can now start taking in calls with the leads loaded by your superior.
What do you dislike?
Since its web-based, connection depends on your internet connection. Sometimes you will encounter not being ready when you log in or can not access your microphone or an error perhaps, you just need to sign out and log back in, and it solves most errors in Calltools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have less than 10 Agents and would like to start right away without going through that much training, calltools is what you might want to start with as your voip and crm.
