What do you like best?
absolutely nothing. To recognize someone with award points worth 10 cents each with the big winner buying a tacco bell $5.00 gift card IF they can gather 50 points is insulting. Really? To compliment and recognize someone for a job well done with points each month of merely 100 per manager to dole out and divide across an entire team is dumb! depending how big your team is and how many you have that are worth recognition this measly cheap award is insulting and makes a mockery of any recognition program.
What do you dislike?
It makes a mockery of the entire recognition process. There is NOTHING substantial that makes a recognized party stand out from the crowd. It use to mean something if you relieved honorable mention and it was shared with peers or if your leadership awarded you with a cert and a $20.00 bill - it was still a token but one to be proud of and top reflect on your hard work and contributions that earned it. This program devalues the efforts and just makes recognition near worthless. It devalues the will to try harder to achieve recognition because in the end you get a blurb like everyone else in the company and few dimes for a measly near nothing token award - $3.00 worth of points for a $5.00 taco coupon or $5.00 worth of points for an iTunes card. Hardly worth the extra effort to say the least. .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None and absolutely none other then having my entire team laugh at the program and joke about how they are not even worth a $50.00 bill for going the extra mile for the client or the company. Fearful to speak out and share true feelings in fear of retribution but in private many voice this same or very similar opinion.
What do you like best?
I like the idea, and the ability to incentivize employees.
What do you dislike?
Dislike the way that they claim to "integrate" with Microsoft, but it doesn't work as they say it will. Waste of my time setting it up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm looking for an alternative solution given that it didn't exactly fill my needs as CEO. My employees did like it though; It was just difficult for me to use and do what I wanted to do with it.

Ability to incentivize my employees. I have since chosen to seek alternative solutions
What do you like best?
The UI is easy to use, is good to get rewards in different country as for instance if you want to get an Amazon voucher for a friend living in another country.
What do you dislike?
The ranking may come up very confusing at times, as you may be awarded for something that is related to a shot amount period of time, or 30 days. I believe that should be highlighted in the award.
The dashboard for interaction could be improved to view data more neatly
