Lorsque vous appelez leur numéro de contact, vous ne pouvez pas les joindre, sauf la messagerie vocale. When you call their contact number you can't reach them except voicemail. If you have problems with your starter pack you have no way of contacting them live. Emails are sent by a nameless AL client service. They have unresolved issues with clients. They have a Facebook page but don't respond to messages. They advertise your name on the card, but you get a nameless prepaid card.

I used Birdeye for 1 year. Little by little I noticed that features I was paying for were never turned on when my business was live with them. Then the pandemic came and I was closed for 3 months. I was told that because I paid in full for the year, I would not get a refund; only the monthy customers were getting a $600 refund. Not sure why one set of customers and not another were offered this and when tried to speak with them they were rude and dismissive. DO NOT rec esp when there are so many competitors out there.

They used a false inducement to get me to sign up. Careful not to fill out their "Watch Demo" Form. You won't be able to see a demo without the sales person calling you first. Classic bait-and-switch!

helped us clean up our online presence and put us in the top google map search results

What do you dislike?

format to review is different than what we were shown at time of purchase. We really liked the starts that popped up and the patient just had to click on the stars and it sent them straight to google or if low starts to our office email. This is not what our patients are seeing though. They get 2 green bars and a red bar. It's not as visually stimulating or easy to navigate. And although we have a decent click rate, rarely does someone actually follow through and navigate where to leave a review after clicking on the bar.

Recommendations to others considering the product

really helped clean up our social media, helped us become visible on the top 5 listings on google map search, however the text for patients to leave a review is not the same format that was shown to us when we purchased the service (where you click on the starts, high stars sends you to google, low starts send email to office instead they get a screen with green or red bars to choose from and it's harder to find where to leave a review and most of our patients aren't following through with multiple clicks and redirections.
