What do you like best?
The app does well to incorporate lots of learning to large groups

The app is often glitchy, closes randomly, and requires more time from than user than it should to complete modules

What do you like best?
I really like the simple layout of the site. It makes it easy to navigate as a User, and the 4 Zones are great.
What do you dislike?
Some of the settings menus are a little unintuitive. It can be a little more difficult to find new settings than I'd prefer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using Axonify to train our retail associates, particularly in the areas of Guest Engagement. We've had great success in using the platform as our central messaging system to floor associates as well.
What do you like best?
The games feature is neat, I like the idea behind quizzing for training as opposed to a video
What do you dislike?
Many of the scenarios were not able to be done on mobile device or tablet so I was switching between devices trying to finish sections

Axonify provides training in easy to digest daily bites. You can engage a large audience with it's simple to use platform.
What do you dislike?
I wish it had more customizable options like uploading badges and games.

We are about to start a self-paced training and realized axonify is the best option for us.

Axonify is really user-friendly. It also helps that it only takes 3-5 minutes a day which means there is now one thing I can keep on top of in my hectic schedule.

The instructional design process is quite cumbersome and takes time and financial resource to develop content to keep learners engaged.

Keeping knowledge current means conversations with customers are current which impacts credibility of our reps in meetings. Customers have a better overall perception of the knowledge level of our reps which means they get more time with customers, which in turn has an impact on doctors choices of prescriptions.
