What do you like best?
The price is much lower than Optimizely.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is confusing at times, and it's not as stable on the backend as Optimizely.
I wish it automatically tracked clicks on variations once set up, rather than requiring me to manually set up click tracking for each item.
I also wish it included heatmaps and reported on overall clicks across my website.

Pretty good for AB testing. Skip the advanced features.

What do you like best?
Segmentation is great. You can slice and dice cohorts in simple ways to deliver an A/B test to any specific patient. It's also very easy to manage tests in different environments (test vs Production
What do you dislike?
The UI is a bit clunky, especially when it comes to managing experiments through environments.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely try to get a trial setup so you can validate the experience. Documentation, product overviews, and screenshots are one thing, but you'll really understand the value once you've implemented the solution and started using it in a Production setting.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to run A/B tests and multi-variate tests to optimize a variety of interactions with our platform. We can track variant performance across a number of metrics and are already optimizing signups and other metrics.
What do you like best?
Setting up a test in their editor is pretty easy. If we run into any issues, we contact support or our contact and they are pretty fast at resolving the issue or helping us code it differently.
What do you dislike?
During the sales period, they said our account person will work with us to develop a structured roadmap, which after a while is still a bit soft. But maybe that's the nature of CRO...
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you don't have a sophisticated CRO program, agency or dedicated resources, and just want to do pretty standard AB testing/personalization, this is a great easy-to-use platform with pretty quick customer support. Their reporting tool is more comprehensive than Monetate, which costs 3-4x as much.

Tracking clicks on specific parts of our site, testing adding/removing elements in the top nav, testing different homepage content on mobile and desktop, testing buttons in minicart and shopping cart, testing elements in checkout, adding/removing elements for specific segments of visitors.
What do you like best?
What I like is that it is easy to see results and have instant AB testing possibilities. It is easily installed on the websites
What do you dislike?
The WYSIWYG editor is a little flawed, but it is possible to edit your pages with JavaScript
