What do you like best?
I like there are different ways to sort and different views - day, week, etc.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were a different color scheme. I appreciate that the main color is dark so it's easier on the eyes, but it can be difficult to read the text. I would also appreciate a more bold font with more space between each letter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assembled is a great program. Is it perfect? No. But it does so many great things. The Google Calendar integration is so great. I'm hopeful that they're willing to take constructive feedback and possibly implement it if it's the right fit.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The integration with G calendar is incredible. The break reminders too! We're seeing less of our agents forgetting to go on their breaks at their allotted times.
What do you like best?
I like the fact that you can see an overview of each hour from individual agents. It is also helpful for agents to be able to see what others are doing in case there is a change to the schedule.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was ability to move task up and down as you can left and right. Sometimes agents need to switch tasks. How the program is set up now, you have to create a new task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really easy to use and figure out for yourself. We were using a Google Spreadsheet before and this has made life much easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Scheduling task by hour and having insight to what every agent is doing at a give time. Templates are a great way to outline what we do daily and easy to edit.
What do you like best?
We use Assembled to generate a daily schedule for agents in multiple departments. Agents are scheduled using an algorithm to match schedule availability with volume needs. This helps us create a daily "breakdown" to 90% completion in minutes, with final human tweaks at the end. What used to take an hour or two each day now takes 30 minutes or less. We're also looking to use more monthly/weekly scheduling features soon.
What do you dislike?
We haven't been able to fully utilize monthly schedule forecasting just yet, but anticipate doing that in the near future.

Assembled takes work that could be done manually in something like Google Sheets with lots of human labor into software with helpful algorithms to match agent availability with forecasted volume needs. This has saved a huge amount of human hours, and also allows more people to be involved with scheduling since there is less room for error and they make scheduling so much easier and faster.
What do you like best?
Assembled has greatly reduced the amount of time spent creating daily schedules. Their daily scheduling algorithm automated about 80% of our daily scheduling and is simple to use. We previously were using Google sheets for daily scheduling needs and this caused long load times and frequent errors as the team made intraday changes. It's also great having our daily scheduling and incoming volume all within the same app.
Their Slack and Gcal integrations have streamlined agent workflows. Previously our team was manually posting agents scheduled each hour in various Slack channels but with Assembled this is now automated and allows agents to focus on helping customers first.
What do you dislike?
We're looking forward to utilizing their schedule forecasting in the future and using Assembled for all of our scheduling needs. We understand with new products like Assembled not all features are built out yet and looking forward to the advances they're making in workforce management.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We started using Assembled to reduce time spent on workforce management and improve our schedule forecasting. Assembled was also crucial for helping us introduce chat as an option for customers and moving away from email support.
What do you like best?
Assembled really simplifies the complicated task of seeing your staffing across interval and vendor sites. Not only are we able to create/manage internal schedules directly in the tool, but we can also have all of our 1000+ vendor schedules aggregated as well. This is a feature that I have always wanted and have never been able to properly get with other software solutions.
Additionally, Assembled is able to integrate into many different systems and allows for a comprehensive "command center" view of real time staffing and queue volumes. Furthermore, the software is able to combine inputs from different systems to provide an easy to read overall view.
What do you dislike?
Assembled is a relative newcomer to the Workforce software space and, as expected, doesn’t have every feature of the other long established solutions. However, they have turned this into an advantage by working closely with customers to build out the features they want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at Assmebled if you want an easy to setup, flexible, cloud based workforce solution that will customize to you instead of you needing to change your processes to work with them.

The largest problem being solved with Assembled is the ability to see granular details of our staffing at any time and for any site or vendor. Before I would manually compile spreadsheets to get a complete staffing picture but would be lacking details around total headcount and shrinkages. However, with just a few clicks, in Assembled I can quickly see schedule details down to the individual agent for the 1000+ I staff.
Without a doubt, Assembled reduces my weekly workload, giving me hours back in my days.
