What do you like best?
It does allow a very easy application process for the applicant which is great and very important.
What do you dislike?
Lack of call in support
Lack of unified candidate profile so you have to read through every application to see the history with the company
No ability to opt in to a talent community
No ability to submit a resume for future openings
New interface doesn't allow you to see all of your openings at once and the headers don't scroll
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is a very inexpensive tool to accept online applications.
What do you like best?
Resumes are dated. When applicants apply. I can email them straight from website.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't appear to update if applicant gets the job. Not sure if it's the website or the agency using it, resumes need to be removed and/or categorized better.

I like that every candidate and job is in one place

Navigation is difficult. The menu bar on the right side is horrid. It is very time-consuming to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider something else. They have a way to go before they understand how to make an easy to use web site.
If you choose AppStack, then spend a LOT of time learning navigation that is totally backwards. Most actions you want to take are on the far right and you will miss them if you aren't looking for them.

Filtering through new candidates.
Benefits: It keeps my recruiting email out of my inbox until I decide to engage.
What do you like best?
It is nice that the system is linked with Clearcare so that some information gets transferred over other than that it could be a lot more user friendly.
What do you dislike?
There are to many steps involved to make certain functions work. I also think that all documents should transfer to the caregiver profile once completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Link the stage setting "interview scheduled" to set an appointment in office calendar. Have onboarding paperwork transfer automatically into caregiver file in clear care. have an option to make the same customization to all elements. EX. all email signatures be automatic for each user.

Reports are too specific and inconsistent, no mobile app that works, can't access uploaded docs to complete
