What do you like best?
The ease of use for the learner. Once logged in, the user-interface is simple.
What do you dislike?
Not an intuitive flow in setting up learning & reporting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The potential of the system appears to be great, be sure to ask a lot of questions to ensure understanding of learning & user set-up. This is the fourth LMS I have used as an admin, by far the least intuitive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Establishing electronic training records, although they are not yet reportable.
What do you like best?
It is helpful to have online training available to all employees

The system is not user friendly for course/team/report setup

Request them to set up everything you might need - teams/reports/courses

I found both the sales rep (ours was Mary Beth and the tech support side of the Accord very easy to get in contact with and very responsive to our questions. They were very patient with us in our early days of using Accord.
What do you dislike?
The administrative side of Accord is very cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time consuming and can be very confusing when it comes to setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I also do not like the participants "to do" list of courses...one prime example is that once an online training is completed, the course remains on the main list. I would like it to drop off and go to a "completed" tab or just to the transcript.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When getting your demos, really take the time to see how to run report, assign trainings, what the transcripts and to do lists look like, etc.

The City did not have an LMS before Accord, so it has helped with tracking and recording of training.

Y Learn provides user friendly interface with ease to navigate and locate courses

System updates create glitches and bugs. System not compatible with mobile devices images get distorted.

What do you like best?
On its surface, the LMS is incredible simple to use from a training standpoint. You login, select my courses, and you are on your way. The addition of tracking and announcements is nice, as well.
What do you dislike?
I would say the administration of the LMS can be cumbersome, and the reporting function is not user friendly for the trainee or the administrator. The architecture that Accord LMS is built on is rather dated.

Accord LMS is a good point to begin without a lot of investment or commitment required.
