VibeCatch is an employee engagement platform that helps companies build a better culture and improve their bottom line. It uses the Quality of Work Life (QWL) Index, created by professor Marko Kesti, to highlight areas of improvement within the organization. The QWL Index uses unique job satisfaction metrics that pinpoint weak signals and undercurrents that most survey methods fail to detect.
