TimeCaptis is a time tracking and task management solution that enables you to track time spent on different projects and tasks on a per-client basis. You can add notes to each period of time you track with the software, and then send the notes you’ve made as emails. TimeCaptis also allows you to add new tasks to each project or client, and to assign, prioritize and track the progress of each task. In addition, you can schedule tasks and meetings (including repeat events) on the built-in calendar, as well as set reminders for upcoming tasks and events. The logs of time tracked in TimeCaptis can be used by the accounting department for billing and invoicing of clients. The solution also provides an online knowledge base of useful documentation and resources if you have any questions or doubts about features or how to do something.
