While managers become more efficient in their tasks, employees can access their most recent and up-to-date schedule wherever they are. It also comes with in-depth analytics that provides users with a summary of key data points, empowers users to draw underlying trends, conclusions and make key decisions. Members of the staff also get the capability of requesting changes in staff schedules. And once the request is approved by the manager, changes are reflected in every stakeholders’ schedule. All staff members also see the live version of their schedule for the week.
