TeamRetro
By TeamRetro
TeamRetro is a tool that helps you get a retrospective view of your last project. It allows you to ask and answer questions such as what went well, what went less well, what do we want to try next, and what puzzles us? TeamRetro provides a Start, Stop, Continue template to help you understand where your team should be focusing their time and resource when working on upcoming projects. This software also comes with a number of other techniques to help you understand how your project went, and how you can apply what you’ve learned from the successes and failures in this one to the next project you do. The Anchors and Engines technique uses the metaphor of a speedboat heading for its destination to identify what is holding people back from doing what they need to do (the anchors), and what is helping to move them forward (the engines). The Mad Sad Glad technique helps you understand the emotional state of the team.
