ManageTeamz is a field service and delivery management solution that allows you to track fleets, employees, and delivery agents. ManageTeamz provides a centralized management platform that enables your business to view the real-time location of all delivery agents in the field, as well as assign pickups to agents, view and manage all incoming orders, and optimize your agents’ routes. You can also review feedback from customers of all your delivery agents. With ManageTeamz, you can send text message notifications to customers when their order has been assigned, as well as keep them up-to-date on its status, and provide real-time delivery updates via an in-app link. ManageTeamz provides an app for agents that allows you to track their location and activities using high-accuracy GPS functionality but minimal battery usage, as well as collect customer feedback through the app. Agents can also collect proof of delivery from customers through the app.
