Karmabot

Karmabot is a slack-based collaboration tool that helps managers build stronger and happier teams within their organization. The software can be used to set goals, keep track of individual performance, and reward the deserving ones. Organizations can set goals on a monthly basis and the software will reward them with karma points. Each Karma point helps generate one Karma coin. Team leaders can set personalized rewarding options like day-offs, Amazon Gift Cards, Laser Tag Tickets, and free coffees. Monthly salaries can also be set based on Karma points. There are three kinds of Karmas: Micro-Karma, Regular Karma, and Channel Karma. The service provides Slack actions to gear up morale and helps to note down the achievements and appreciation of colleagues. By the end of each project, the total bonus accrued by the team gets equally distributed among all members.
