Formik

Formik, or formium, is an online form builder and automation solution that enables developers to use the React.js SDK and Formium API to completely integrate forms and surveys into their applications and websites with existing React components. With Formik’s simple online drag-and-drop editor, you can create complicated forms and surveys quickly, without having to worry about fonts and colors. You can use Formium to natively render your surveys and forms in your existing websites and apps using your own React components. Formium can be configured to trigger a fresh deployment on your continuous integration or hosting provider service if the structure of your form changes. It allows you to save form submissions without having to write another serverless function or API endpoint, and you can organize them in an inbox or spreadsheet-like format.
