Feedbear is a tool that helps you get feedback from your users so you can better understand what they like and don’t like so you can improve your product, gain their trust, and build better relationships with customers. All the feedback users provide is integrated into a central dashboard. You can connect multiple apps into this dashboard so you can bring together all the feedback you have from different sources into one place. Feedbear also provides the ability for customers to vote on their favorite ideas with a simple thumbs up or down. This helps you prioritize which pieces of feedback or new features you should work on. Using Feedbear, you can also let customers who have submitted feedback know the status of it: whether you plan to work on it, whether you have started working on it or not, and whether you’ve completed it.
