Feedbacket offers a new way to collect visitor feedback. With Feedbacket, visitors and customers can take screenshots of sections of the website and add text to it and submit it as feedback. It's also possible for the visitors to black out certain sections of the page. To install Feedbacket, users need to embed the code from the tool's website in their own code's body section. Users need to add their email address to the code. The Feedbacket button appears on the user website and can be used by visitors and customers. Users receive visitor feedback and screenshots directly into their mailbox. The code only works on desktop views and doesn't support mobile views yet. However, users can choose to customize the widget, edit the text and change its behaviour according to their requirements. A WordPress plugin and a Shopify app are coming soon.
