What do you like best?
Had a lot of features as I do not use it I cannot comment further

It was to complicated for my use and also difficult to convert my contacts. Zoho wanted to charge a hogh figure to do the conversion.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to sign up and use. There are some great functionalities that connected sales IQ to Zoho's other platforms which makes the information for sales all together in one place. For example I can connect to Zoho's email of a sale to the customer in the Zoho Sales IQ to keep track of ways happening with that sale. With collaboration with my colleagues they can also see and chat about that specific sale with in the platform.
What do you dislike?
Zoho still lacks features for me such as calling directly from Zoho or connecting seamlessly with RingCentral. RingCentral is the platform I use and when I tested the call connect from zoho, it was extremely buggy. The setup was a bit tedious and eventually I got frustrated with it not working so I made a switch for a different platform. However, for a new company that is looking to keep track of sales, this is a perfect solution but for a running company, you want to make sure your existing equipment works with the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure your existing equipment works with zoho, that can also include your email addresses as well if you're using a different hosting company to host your emails. If you can make a switch then great! Otherwise, just make sure that's what you're looking for.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are in the medical field solving problems for medical billing for physicians and reducing the complexity of it to a simple chart for then to understand and keep track of.

What are the best aspects of this product?
You can track people visiting your website but don't be mislead by dishonest business practices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Over time you will see web traffic increase which you will think is great, until you realize that they are directly looking up your website via the address bar and not entering from a search engine (Our website platform also offers tracking. At the beginning nothing will seem out of the ordinary. Until randomly you will get thousands of web page views of people just sitting on your home screen for 3-15 minutes (SalesIQ shows you what pages each user views, and for how much time who all happen to be from India. You will not have increased advertising to India and SalesIQ doesn't help with any marketing but out of the blue, the majority of people visiting your website will be from Indian IP addresses, not even viewing your product, contact pages, or chatting with you. Followed closely by an email from SalesIQ saying that your webtracking for the billing cycle (1 year is full and inquiring if you want to subscribe.
Put plainly it is a scam that makes analyzing web data redundant because your test group is biased. Based on the 1 month that I used SalesIQ my conclusions based on the data would be to put all of my eggs into catering to the Indian market even though buyers from India represent less than 0.1% of our business and we have done 0 marketing to that region because we do not have a supply chain that reaches that far.
Over the course of the previous year our platform reported that maybe 1000 web-views came from India based IP addresses, but in the 1 month we used SalesIQ over 4,193 Indian IP's visited our site. Blowing the previous high of US/Canada monthly visitors out of the water by a margin of about 3800.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Less tampering by the maker so you can actually analyze data coming in from your website.

None. We were trying it out to see whether or not it was more convenient than Shopify. It wasn't.
