I gave the 5 Star Rating to Heather Taylor my Service Guru.I had a challenge in my subscription which could have honestly gone either way depending on the representative. I knew I was correct but I didn't think Zip was going to see it that way. Heather, did as good a job as I have seen to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. I was both by the end of the call. I will in the future use Zip simply because of their customer service. Thanks Heather.
