WRITE A REVIEWAt HappyLocate.com, we are happy with the offering of zinrelo. I would definitely recommend zinrelo as a loyalty and rewards program for companies to engage their customers.
What do you like best?
Simple to integrate into BigCommerce store. It has easy to use reward categories, and can either create coupon codes directly through BigCommerce, or you can mass import codes as needed. Redeeming rewards is easy for customers to follow. Emails can be customized to the customer to notify them about available rewards, and encourage them to visit the website more often. The price is very competitive for the industry.
What do you dislike?
It has an outdated look on the backend and through email. It requires advanced developer assistance to stylize, which we do not have access to as a small company. It does not have the look and feel of a 2019 website, but at a reduced price, this is worth it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what rewards would make your customers respond the most. Our entry-level rewards are used most often.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The rewards program gave customers incentives to make a first purchase, a larger purchase, and additional purchases that they otherwise would not have done. We have seen increased sales and more repeat customers. Customers will "chase" rewards by saving them through multiple purchases, or by adding more to their cart. The rewards balance reminders are a subtle hint to the customer that they should return.
Very responsive service reps and they try hard to work with us when we present them with new scenarios. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a rewards program.
We really love working with the people at Zinrelo. Anytime we have an issue or something we are trying to accomplish, they are always willing to help us set it up, or do some extra work on the back-end for us, to get it working. They are also very pro-active, with making suggestions of how they think we could get even better results from the Loyalty Program. They really are a pleasure to work with. They also did some custom work on our system, to get everything to work with an API with our Netsuite System. It makes it seamless for us, so that points are adjusted if customers make returns or exchanges. We love how it just works, without us having to monitor it at all. The only feature that I wish we could get to work better, is the system for bonus points. Because of the way our system is set up, that portion isn't automated for us, and we have to run it as a batch process, and issue bonus points with a delay, until we our outside of our return/exchange window. We are still able to use the feature though. Our customers have really enjoyed the addition of the loyalty program as well, so that they can earn certificates to use for their future purchases. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback since we added it. :)

The loyalty rewards program helps provide the company with a necessary tool to reward the repeat customers.
What do you dislike?
Depending on the loyalty rewards program type it can be hard for the customer to can in the reward.

The ability to reward the loyal customer for continuing to use the products.
