I use the freemium version so not complaining about the features I would love to have which are paid for features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Easy integration with our applicant tracking system so i can fully integrate and automate a few other manual administrative requirements when booking a meeting.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With YCB.me our users can easily connect their calendars (Google calendar) with online booking platform, and this is helpful because others can book meeting with you. It has infinite customization options so you can easily put rules for booking, if you block off certain times YCB.me provides automatically updates in your calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Templates on the free-version are not eye-catching, and some of them are useless. The other thing that I don’t like is the fact that if I want to make little customization I have to be on paid version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this product my clients can easily book calls and get in touch with me. It makes booking effortlessly for both my clients and me, and we don’t have to back-and –forth conversations on times. My clients can found available time to talk, and this product saves hours of my and my client’s time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that YCB.me allows me easy access to others calendars on online booking platform and I can allow others to book meeting with me. It has great customization options that allow me to put my own rules for booking, and there are automatical updates within the calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the templates of the free version. Also, customization options are available only for paid version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can easily book calls and meetings. The booking is now simple process for both my clients and me and we don’t have to use emails in order to organize the meeting. They can choose suitable time for them by using this program.

The app’s flexibility to integrate into different platforms is what got me in this program. I can schedule different meetings for my agents and clients in different platforms like Google or iCloud calendar. I can also assign my agents either randomly or manually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As a web-based company, we also deliver to foreign customers and I find it burdensome that we have to switch profiles just to cater to them, I hope that sooner or later the app can provide a multilingual option to streamline our operations and avoid the need to switch accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us in setting our schedules with our customers, as the app automatically aligns their schedule to their calendar whether it is in Google or iCloud, it greatly reduced those last-minute cancellations.
