What do you like best?

I like that YetiForce CRM gives you all the necessary features of a paid CRM for FREE!

What do you dislike?

The user interface is complicated, and the type is hard to read on the screen, especially in the set up area.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

YetiForce CRM is a great CRM from the standpoint of being free and packed with all the necessary CRM features. If you have time to spend setting it up and don't mind a "clunky" interface, it should serve you fine.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

While we gave YetiForce CRM a try, we have moved on from it to another ecommerce/CRM combination solution that is also free, but much easier to navigate.

What do you like best?

The user experience is by far the best I have seen. All panels are logical in organization and the color scheme is easy on people with older eyes or color impairment in their vision as opposed to the absolutely horrid theme on Suite CRM.

What do you dislike?

It seems the developers have cast aside the really small business that would have limited budgets and would like to take their cloud hosting but just do not have the 65 Euro a month. They should grant a free license to a very limited scope of resources, like 2 users and 500mb storage. Let startups get setup and hooked so they will prioritize becoming a paid client. Their free download is great, however, you will be hard pressed to find a shared host that allows for the minimum access and resources to meet the requirements.of Yeti. It is available on Softaculous but even on my great Site Ground shared hosting I could not make the changes necessary to meet the minimum requirements to run the system within their recommended setup.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Read the review. I can only recommend the cloud solution because they will not offer any support to the open source. That would not be a criticism except, my experience revealed a fatal (for me). They not only paid no attention tom they were dismissive of reports.despite many people reporting the same experience.

In the end, I abandoned Yeti for a less robust but simpler solution. I installed and immediately set about customizing drop downs. I spent several hours doing this only to find none of my changes accessible. I submitted to there forum. Unfortunately the developers are too focused on other priorities. They were absolutely convinced it was the fault of CRON not completing.

I finally got CRON to run, but the problem persisted. I informed them on the forums but they never paid any more attention to despite numerous others reporting the same experience as myself with the same problem. It seemed to be clearly a DB issue and if that did not concern them and I had no ability to customize drop down lists, I felt it would be all wasted effort to try to implement.

I do applaud them for marvelous system, but come on, why would you ever make an update version that was reliant on completion of CRON to run properly? This is a valid way to test?

I f it was within my budget I would in an instant implement Yeti. But I am not there. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend anyone who can afford the cloud solution to implement this over Suite CRM or Sugar CRM> If you are thinking of making a go of running your own server...do not go there until they come clean about fixing the bug in the drop downs in the standard and custom fields.

What do you like best?

Yeti has come a long way. It is super clean and provides ALL of the features I need from a CRM including support ticketing. The system is fast in comparison to other CRM program concentrating on a free open source system that does what is needed rather than trying to use it to make a dollar selling features and add ons that others should already have built-in, Yeti does. YetiForce has a full support ticketing system AND a Project management system built in. That is the part of the equation we were looking for and it does it in a clean and efficient way

What do you dislike?

Yeti does tend to use a bit more server resources than vTiger it seems. But if is less than SugarCRM and Yeti seems to be excellent between the road choice

Recommendations to others considering the product:

YetiForce CRM is absolutely worth the effort to look at. There are few if any features a company needs that is not already available as part of the open source Yeti system

I haven't really found anything I don't like about YetiForce. The system has all of the features I need and displays them in a fast and clean way. If anything some of the names or descriptive wording since it is not native English

What do you like best?

Its UI is one of the best I have seen. It needs some more optimization but it is very good. It has most of the things you want from a crm and everything is connected. For example A ticket is associated with a service contract and an account. You create mails, tasks for this ticket and so on. Very good Integration with Caldav and CardDav. The github issues is the best way of solving most of your problems with the crm. There are a lot of good guys there who are willing to help.

What do you dislike?

Poor documentation is the one thing that will make everyone select another crm. Besides the basic installation , the documentation is very poor. No proper documentation for configuring the modules or the integration of the crontab and certainly no documentation for using the crm.

Also there should be an organized way for the users to raise money for new modules and integrations.

There should be a better reporting tool for the creation of reports, dashboards

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A very good choice for an open source crm and it has potential.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mostly Ticket management , toDo and calendar issues.

The integration with Caldav and Cardav helped me to overcome duplication of records.

Also I have a total view of the customer service contracts and by using more modules in the future I think It will give our company a 360 degree view of our customers.
