Performs very well but we have an older version that isn’t fully integrated with ServiceNow.

Xmatters was easy to set up and it's easy to use.

I dislike not having more alert tones, I'd love to be able to add my own.

I personally am not using xMatters for problem solving. My department uses it to help us techs stay on top of incoming tickets.

The speed of the alerts was pretty nice. Also the support for multiple devices.

The interface on some devices could use improvements
