Preise zu hoch, Support antwortet bei der ersten Kontaktanfrage sehr schnell, jedoch bei Nachfragen gar nicht mehr...Der Support hat auch einen "LiveChat" Support, bei dem man mehr als vier Stunden auf eine Antwort warten muss.Immerhin ist der Support trotzdem besser als bei den großen Konkurrenten.Zudem ist die gesamte Plattform nur auf Englisch verfügbar.

No technical knowledge is needed to create simple websites using this magnificent but user-friendly tool. Every template available is created by professional designers so you can be sure of the quality of your website design. It is also great to have a free site with Wix that can support our advertising needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Once you choose a design template, you cannot change your mind. Also, templates are rather limited in scope as they are not suitable for sites that have a ton of data, from pages and texts to visual content. On top of it all, it does not adapt well to mobile screens.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wix is a great resource for templates for simple yet gorgeous websites that are suitable for your business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

My clients like Wix Answers because it assists them in getting the support they need even when I am not online. This is great for us all because I cannot be online all the time. This is especially more advantageous during the holiday seasons. This way, I can get a step up in the game against local competition. Moreover, if the person available is unable to provide assistance, there is still a ticketing system that customers can use to send me their queries. Because of this, I have learned to make use of the tools available to small businesses to help me manage different aspects of my operation.

I have not yet used Wix Answers for comprehensive support because mine is just a small business that has simple needs. However, I believe that I would still be able to use this even when I expand because of the robust toolset.
