What do you like best?
There's not much I like about wise stamp.
What do you dislike?
We are on the diamond plan and got our own template made, but every single time we've had issues. The signatures come out wrong every time. There's no customer service # or chat. You can only talk to one person and that's through email on Israeli time. Nothing is done quickly and there are no resources to try to fix things yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it. Find another company if you want better service. If you need a super super basic email signature, go ahead but you're better off making it yourself without this software

It worked great until we switched email domains.
What do you dislike?
It completely broke after our domain switch and broke our oauth login. Only answer we've received from support was a very unhelpful email on how to login with our Google credentials. What?! It's broken for us, that's why I'm emailing...!

Don't switch your email domain, you'll be in trouble.

I researched tools a bit and found Wisestamp to have the best number of features even at the free level.
What do you dislike?
The support is horrible. After weeks of back and forth I gave up the premium tier and went with the free version. The integration with 3rd party apps is poor. The dynamic stuff only works with a plug-in so Mac Mail and iOS aren't fully supported.

What do you like best?
The user interface is great. Well designed and very easy to use for both creating and editing signatures.
What do you dislike?
It's buggy. The wisestamp system does not produce a predictable results like they would lead you to believe and it simply does not let you work on your signatures with an iPad. So if all you use is an iPad - you're out of luck. The biggest problem I see is their pathetic customer support. This is one of those companies that is great at getting your money upfront, then lousy support after. We will be finding another signature vendor for our company.

If you get it for free, you can deal with the software bugs and glitches. If you have to pay for WiseStump. look elsewhere?
