Front Office: Reservations, Check-In, Guest folio & billing, Night audit, Guest profile, and rate management.

House Keeping: Lost & Found, Missing & damage, Guest amenities, Room blocking, Guest complaints, Laundry billing.

Call Monitoring: Telephone calls billing, extension call billing, wakeup call, Call-barring.

Point of sale: KOT creation and amendments, billing, and settlements. Optional touch screens and Android-based devices for KOT ordering are available.

Purchase: Purchase order, Order amendment, Cancellation, Supplier contract management, Rate management and Purchase order follow-ups.

Inventory: Multiple stores inventory, Sub stores, Material receipt against the order, Minimum and maximum stock control, Direct store, Expiry item inventory with cost centre and department-wise consumption controls.

F&B Costing: Recipe based costing, Daily / Monthly issue-based costing, Daily / Monthly consumption-based costing.

Accounts: Handles GL, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank reconciliation, Post-dated cheques, Multi-currency accounting, Multi-level groupings in the chart of accounts, Cost centre and division accounting.

AR/AP: Cheque printing, Outstanding reminders, and follow-ups.

Payroll: Employee profile maintenance, Earnings / Deductions employee wise, Employee payslip computation, Statutory postings, Payslip reporting, Gratuity, and OT computation.
