I like the ease of use. It's very easy to create animated videos.

The clickable buttons on the videos never worked. So, basically a lot of money for templates that don't work. I pre-paid fro a year, never used it, then it automatically renewed and they wont do refund my money if I cancel!

It would be nice to speak to a live person.

This made me look foolish, didn't solve any problems.

The video software itself is okay. Everything is horrible. Terrible experience.

They don't tell you upfront that the CTA won't be functional across all channels. So you put in all this work and time and then you can't even use it across all the channels. Then uploading was a headache so I reached out to "customer service" where they told me it was my fault. My computer. Told me to try a million things (which I did try every last one and none of them worked. And they basically said, I don't know what to tell you. Oh...and the emails I got started coming in Spanish, which I don't speak...and they wouldn't respond to me in English.

Please, do not use this. I am not one to write nasty reviews but it is a HUGE waste of time, which is expensive in the agency world.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Absolutely nothing. It was terrible. It's a ripoff. I would never recommend them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They try to get you to upgrade at every turn after you've already spent over 220 dollars.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More features for less money and less attempts to make you spend more money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. It's a huge disappointment. I would never use it again. And they refuse to give me a refund even though I produced one lousy video and it didn't give me the time to do what I wanted for a lot of money.

The look and feel of the platform. It was easy to use.

Many features were very tedious and overly sensitive to use. I had to redo several animations because the saved files would not download directly to include the latest changes.

Creating videos and maximize SEO.

You can create high-grade professional videos in a fraction of the time. If you have a bit of imagination you can go wild. We like that you can use it in real time - changes are instant and with a link, you can make change requests without too much hassle.

There are lots and lots of little glitches - maybe due to the sometimes annoying use of Flash. It's impossible to change your profile picture - completely irrelevant but annoying. It would be great to upload your own video (previous comments said they were working on this but never came - you can get around this by turning it into a .gif but it takes time. Biggest glitch is music on downloads - it will play fine in demo mode but after you download each video, the music soundtrack will catch, jump or bump regardless of the platform or hosting service - it just doesn't download correctly. For silent videos it works great or you just accept that it won't work. For the price, it should work, each and every time, but it doesn't. There seems to be plans to move it to HTML - maybe this might solve it. That aren't many templates -

Know that it take a bit of a learning curve - but if you can master it you will get quality content

We are using it to get content and explainer videos out in a productive and visual way. Our network likes the look and feel. We like that we can use it in real time.
