What do you like best?
Whatagraph pulls in data for the social media channels I use for separate clients. It saves a lot of time compared to doing it manually and displays it in a nice format.
What do you dislike?
Whatagraph doesn't pull in all the information I need, it doesn't have the option for certain data I need. There have occasionally been inconsistencies between what it pulls in, and what the social media platform says.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whatagraph saves a lot of time when reporting, and pulls in certain useful data. Reports are displayed in a good format/style.

Time. I save a lot of time by having Whatagraph automatically pull in data in a report style display!

Graphs are fairly easy to read - that's about it

The infographic format of producing what can sometimes be, for clients, dry data. When I present the reports with Whatagraph I always receive feedback on how easy it is to understand my reports.
What do you dislike?
The waiting 7 days when you remove a source. However, if you speak to someone on support, they'll adjust that for you.

If you're a consultant or an agency, consider Whatagraph for the experience your clients will have from the reporting functionality.

Even though I'm accustomed to using the native reporting on each platform, there's nothing better than getting an instant visual representation of data. I'm able to make decisions quicker, because I'm able to assess the results quicker.
What do you like best?
Before Whatagraph, I didn't regularly check on the KPIs set up on Google Analytics or Facebook. Firstly, the raw data is messy and everywhere. Secondly, all the data is separated into different platforms. Whatagraph helped me leverage all the data that I was collecting every week in all my analytics accounts by consolidating all my data into a very good looking, infographic-inspired report. And then automatically emailing me the report on a day that I decide. You can also set up which periods to compare the current data too. It does what it is supposed to do really well, analyze multiple sources of data sets and transform the raw data into a good-looking report in order to make better business decisions with the data.
What do you dislike?
Website speed could use some improvement. I would expect website speed to be super fast when looking at their pricing. However, the speed is nothing but a minor inconvenience and is not a deal-breaker. Personally, pricing seems very steep for a data reporting software. Automated email reporting isn't included unless you opt-in for $59/mo plan or higher. Whitelabel reporting to clients (meaning that the Whatagraph logo is able to be replaced by your own company logo), isn't available unless you opt-in for the $125/mo plan. Compared to other saas pricing tiers, I consider this very expensive for one piece of software that does only one thing, automatically emailing good looking reports to an email. I would recommend beefing up the lower tier plans with at least automation.

Definitely get automated reporting as a feature.

The business problem I am solving with Whatagraph is analytics reporting. Usually, this would take at least a couple hours a week to go through the raw website and social data and to process the data into a report that makes sense. With Whatagraph you can set up the report you want sent out and forget about it.
What do you like best?
When it's well set up. Whatagraph shows you a ton of different metrics from different data sources and you can compare them over time to see where and what you can improve or what is going down.
The customer support also is A+
What do you dislike?
It can be a little daunting to set up and if a data source gets disconnected, you may have to wait seven days to get it back up.

It's great and fairly easy to set up for people with a bit of experience. Their customer support is top notch.
