For small transaction amounts, they were fine. I recently had two large transactions and they've been a nightmare. They've been holding my funds for weeks. They have no phone number. No way to contact them via email. Only through their Zendesk help system. Avoid WePay at all costs.

We pay is not a safe and secure way to use as a payment process, Please be super cautious about these people. they just have hidden behind the computer and they do not have phone support and takes forever to respond to your email. They even punished you by $15 when there is a chargeback, the funny part you will lose your merchandise shipping fee + $15 even with a tracking number and proof of delivery from USPS which was signed from the receiver. not recommended to use at all. Please be super cautious when you have to use this service.

I had a very bad experience with WePay and Freshbooks. WePay will gladly accept payments from your customers, however remitting the money over to you is a different story. They hold your money ransom while they drag you through their draconian security measures. Their idea of support is for you to submit a job ticket into cyber space.

Just starting up my small business. Attempted to use WePay Via FreshBooks to charge my first customer for a deposit. The day after my client paid they refunded him and closed my account and refuse to give a reason why. Incredibly unhelpful support. If you want to verify my identity and then reject me sure, whatever. But don't allow me to charge a client and make me look stupid because of your horrible business practices.

I think this is my first effort to post a negative review in my life! This is the worst company I've ever encountered! The idea that a financial service company behaves like an offshore tech company - support tickets only with 4-hour gaps! They are the epidemy of bad service...how is this a Chase company? We had $100K in collected payments, then they research our business and decide we fail one of their vague definitions? They wanted to hold the money until they completed their "investigation". Hey tech masters, perhaps do that before taking our clients' money? I would suggest you look elsewhere! No phones - really? If they had negative stars I would have clicked them.
