What a rip off. The system is great but the fact that they hide all these charges to remove branding and do extras. The Hosting is 6x more than the average host. I want to build on a platform then do as I please. Not be forced to use there branding. Just to top it off when I asked if I am paying for the builder why do I have to pay for hosting that I don't need to remove the branding he ended the live chat. If you don't like a customer questioning why you charge 6x more than anyone else I wouldn't go into business. Poor service and deceiving prices and extras. Shame as it is a good system they just got greedy.
Wont let me cancel my CMS hosting. I had to use this feature for an assignment, and tried to remove my credit card instantly after, but it refuses to let you until you enter another valid payment method. I have followed every guide online and emailed support asking to cancel my hosting, and it wont let me. I even found a direct link to the cancel page, but when I click it, it logs me out so that I cant cancel. I literally will log straight back in and put the link in and im logged straight back out. They deliberately make it as difficult as possible to cancel your subscription, so that customers get stuck into monthly payments. They even have redirected all helpful articles about cancelling CMS hosting to a page that advertises site plans, unbelievable!I have nothing left to do but to cancel my credit card, as they wont stop charging me, despite me specifically asking them to cancel my plan. I would highly suggest you do business elsewhere.
Webflow support...,First we loved this tool. But the last 2-3 years it's becoming buggier. And support start doing a worse job everyday.Support times are now almost up to 1-2 weeks. and all the answers are automated. Dont think i ever spoke to a realy person the first 2-3 emails with webflow support.WE dont suggest using webflow at the moment because their is something wrong with this company.Even seen reports of webflow staff and employees bullying customers online
Webflow Support is really bad. They do not answer on your questions and have a standard reply with "Have you tried incognito?" for every single question. Yes I have, if you even would have watched the loom recording I have made you would have known that I also had the multiple bugs in incognito. Ofcourse they can't replicate the bug and everything works fine all the time at their place.. Sure.. Multiple accounts have the same issue, on multiple different desktops on different places.. Would not recomment Webflow, the prices are high and their support is really bad. They even f.cked up my backup and told me to do all the filters on my website manually.. Yeah, it's good that i know how they were set, if I didn't I would be screwed much more.. Thanks Webflow for making me do your work, while we're paying you to do it.
Worst support ever for their platform. They only have email support and send you links to tutorials. They have solved 0 of my problems and I ended up having to hire external consultants at $150 per hour. If they had chat support it would make them a much better platform. They have the best design for websites but with such bad support and a learning curve only buy webflow if you have a dedicated dev to fix issues.
