What are the best aspects of this product?

The tracker itself is OK. But it's way overpriced for what it does. They were decent when they had Free plans, and even the $99/mo plan was reasonable, but with the recent price TRIPLING out of the blue, with absolutely NO WARNING WHATSOEVER, you are now paying around $300 per month for basic service. Comparable trackers (like RedTack are available at less than 1/10th the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Absolute scam of a company. They are SO concerned about grabbing a few dollars from the customers who got them to where they are today, they won't honor refunds, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to close your account, and they keep billing you even when they have claimed they won't. The most recent price TRIPLE out of the blue was so confusing for existing clients, Voluum never fully explained to customers what was going to happen with accounts, so people who thought their accounts were going to be CLOSED because they didnt agree to new price changes are now getting their CC's charged with $300-$800 payments for the current month they didn't even agree to!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Bring the price back to a reasonable level, put a FREE plan back, and get your business ethics in place.

Friends of mine in the Affiliate marketing space have also mentioned how poor customer service is, and how little they care about customer experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Decent tracker, but there are better for WAY lower prices.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tracker itself is OK. The support and customer service is terrible. I paid $100-$130 with my subscription for years, until they decided without any agreement, without any notify to charge my paypal account to almost $300. Nothing changed, neither service or features, just price. No notice, no agreement.

I decided to stop working with this scam company once they overcharged me and requested refund in skype chat with Pawel Krajewski but got this: " we do not have any refund policy. "
Please note, this is PREPAID service, not postpaid. Please stay away from this company, there are lots of trackers now offering competitive service for MUCH lower price ans well as MUCH more adequate support

Nothing. Just waste of money. Don't try it. Stay away from this scam company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything s problem there, pricing, setup, tracking. Even they can't track my sales. My network shows I got a sale but they don't show. According to voluum I got 14 Sales of but according to my network I got 22 sales!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There are no special features you can like. Just stay away from them.

They can't solve any problem. They have just some stupid support agent. They know nothing.

Somewhat easy to use if you use major affiliate networks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had long conversations with Aleksander from Voluum. A rude person that told me I should blame myself. Story behind it was that I needed to track conversions from Website A to Website B. I contacted Aleksander and explained my case. After the payment of 135 USD the onboarding started and went fine until I got told that there is no way to track the actual conversions. You can track a set amount , e.g. 7 USD, but if there is 2 products in the cart or if the price changes on Website B you have to redo the tracking pixel to suit the price. Voluum suggested that I would for each new e-commerce platform code a listener that would take the dynamic price and input into Voluum. With over 20 major e-commerce services in Sweden only, there would be more costs involved to have a programmer code a listener to output the total conversion than we actually make in commission. Google Analytics can do this but Voluum can not. Already after 20 minutes of the onboarding I asked to cancel my subscription which was met with an incredible rudeness and unproffessionalism. He basically told me that Voluum does everything I want if I code a listener to the total sales price. A programmer costs around 100 eur per hour in Sweden and there are 20 major e-commerce services, that would make the cost of using Voluum around 2000 eur. If we code our own listeners, Voluum would be abundant anyway. They knew my case from the beginning and for weeks Aleksanders only focus was to make me pay the 135 USD.
Very bad experience. This is a typical company that has as only interest to get money from you without taking responsibility in wether their service works or not.

Costumer service is horrible. They will trick you for money but not delivering the service that you need.
