What do you like best?
Vodia, compared to other PBX software, is incredibly easy to set up and use. The user interface is fairly simple, so you should have no issues in figuring out what to do.
What I like the best is that their customer support team is friendly and very quick with their responses to any of your queries. They also eagerly listen to customers whenever requests for a particular feature are made.
What do you dislike?
The Voida mobile application for android feels like there is room for improvement. It does not quite match the experience of using it on a computer yet. That being said, there is also no support for iOS at the moment, so this may be an issue for iPhone users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When we used it, we found it to be the best VoIP software out of all the ones we had used. It suits the need for any firm, whether they are small or a large enterprise like ours.
If you are skeptical about Vodia PBX, do know that they offer a free trial as well as a free version of their product which you can make use of it until you are convinced that this is what you are looking for.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a good and stable VoIP application and Vodia PBX seemed to fit the bill. Voice call quality is exceptionally good.
The obvious benefits that come from VoIP applications are call logging, call recording, reporting, call monitoring, voice recognition. There are more features who will be able to make better use of it if they work in call centers or customer support.
What do you like best?
Multi tenant PBX that offers a true hosted infrastructure for managing multiple clients.
A team that truly listens to their partners and works to implement suggested solution.
Robust built in SBC so no need of extra hardware.
What do you dislike?
Overall very happy with the system. There are a few tweaks we would like to see but the team is working on them now.

Its an excellent system for a cloud based PBX. Its simple to use and offers a lot of features.

We used a different provider in the past for our hosted clients which lacked a true remote office capabilities and no multi-tenancy. Vodia solved that problem with an ease.
