What do you like best?
Having used many SaaS based software to manage orders and inventory for my own webstore. This one ( Vin eRetail come across as one stop solution to all my orders and inventory related problems. With this software, not only managing the large chunk of orders becomes easier to manage but also real time view of inventory is possible across channels. This software is a perfect blend of all the functionalities that are required by every established enterprise to manage their online orders.
What do you dislike?
GUI of the software, should add more color to it.

I was managing my orders and inventory manually and it was taking hell lot of time to keep it organized. With this software( Vin eRetail my order processing time has gone down from 2 hours to 20 mins.
What do you like best?
Initially, we had an offline store in addition to the online store and most of the time our inventory updates needed to be manual and the cross-checks created too many bottlenecks to our overall process. Thanks to Vin - eRetail most of our issues are solved and helped us have timely updates. One major help we received is the timely help from the support team, they call you as and when required and explain things to you as easy as possible.
What do you dislike?
Not much, some issues here and there due to miscommunication mostly but we are really happy otherwise

Complete Suite for Inventory and warehouse management for Retail business. The functionality and the centralized software being on cloud is the strength of Vin eRetail. The Quick response from the support team makes Vin eRetail more valuable for our business.

We were managing more than 1 Lakh SKUs manually. With this software we can manage and track all our inventory, order as well as return easily. It is providing us the ability to manage inventory across multiple locations and reach international customers

I like the functionality of Vin eRetail as it solves both our Inventory and warehouse management problems at the same time. Now we just care about ensuring that our product reaches as many users as possible, rest the things are being managed by the software itself.

The company should need to change the theme.

I like the unique concept of Vin eRetail i.e. you can easily sell on multiple marketplace at one go. You can upload and manage thousands of SKUs’ information just by uploading a single excel file. Report generation and step by step status tracking of the order is quite appreciable.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is easy to use but old-fashioned.
