What do you like best?
We are using verloop on our academic institution and school website. It works well as a chatbot in converting and generating leads. Its good in case of responses that give out choices to user. Its easy to implement and comes with zapier interation so pretty much everything is possible.
What do you dislike?
I was looking to use appointment scheduling feature but haven't heard back from verloop. The support is a bit slow. In case of open ended questions, it might falter a bit but over time the faqs training makes it better.
In case a user drops before an agent answers the chat, the response given by agent is not sent to user via email or sms. Other companies like intercom do so which helps in bringing back the user to website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool as a chatbot. Not sure about additonal functionalities such as appointment scheduling etc

It has allowed me to improve the speed with which my clients' questions are answered on my website in a fairly simple way, since through their chat I can now interact in a more dynamic and immediate way with my clients, their Installation is quite easy and it is a fairly simple process, just do a few basic configurations and I can already use this tool on my website, the user interface is quite easy to understand, both for the client and for my service workers so the user experience was quite positive for us
What do you dislike?
It may be something very silly ... But I would like that when I want to download a report I can download it through the same application, and not that I have to open my mail to see the report.

I have been using it to channel the doubts and concerns of my clients through their online chat, which has been very useful to me to make sales, since by solving their doubts faster I can make a sale much faster by clear to the client all the doubts that are presented in a more immediate and personalized way than by email ...
What do you like best?
Verloop came with receipt that can give you free mind how to teach your bot done for any question from your visitor and for the good reason we can exactly take over the conversation from bot to real human support.

need for mobile app to make more efficient
