What are the best aspects of this product?

Vegas Pro is both lightweight and fast in comparison to other film editing software available in the market today. Templates are available for both paid and free versions of the app. There are also lots of tutorials that will help you get started.

Anyway, I’ve already switched to Filmora 9 but it’s not because Vegas Pro is not good. I had an amazing experience using the software and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a video editing tool. It’s just that it does not meet my needs right now. I need more templates, effects, as well as titles options. And Filmora 9 has them. But it’s heavier and slower compared to Vegas Pro.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find Vegas Pro’s settings, as well as navigation, just too advanced for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vegas Pro offers the effects and tools needed to create professional-looking videos. If you are a videographer, you’d definitely find this tool great. Unfortunately for me, who isn’t an expert in video editing, this tool is just too much. I find it difficult to create videos.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The user-friendly interface, a decent selection of third-party plugins, as well as a good range of in-built tools makes VEGAS Pro a highly versatile piece of a video editor for those who only have PC capabilities. It may not be the leading video editor in the market today, not the most popular and expensive, it is still capable enough for most types of projects and absolutely for those who just need audio and photo editing capabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not compatible with some of the third party applications and does not integrate well with BMD DaVinci Resolve which is a color correction that is becoming the standard for online video editing.

It meets our basic editing needs for feature, short, as well as web series editing

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is comparable to upscale editing tools available these days. It eliminates the hoops and tricks in creating and editing videos. You can jump right into the process. And if you need to do in-depth editing, this tool also has you covered. It has tools for that process. For instance, I am able to add intricate structures as well as timelines to my production edits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's already good but I think there's still room for improvement. It would be nice if it has all the bells and whistles with animation, compositing, and digital visual effects. There are some additional tools and add-ons but they come with additional fees.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've used this tool at my previous job and now I'm looking forward to continue using it at my new work. I am just waiting for them to purchase a license. It's a great tool. I am now using it to edit the videos recorded for the org's online webinars. It's also a good tool to use for cutting or blurring scenes in a video to be used in court.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a loyal VEGAS product user for a decade and a half now and never been disappointed with it. I always find what I need. It's also simple to use, which I really like. And unlike other video editing tools, this one does not bog down my OS. I also find its keyboard command functions better than most of the video editing software I've used before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Integration with some of the 3rd party effects solutions such as Boris is a bit clunky. Aside from that, there's a learning curve. It took me a while to get a hang of the product. But it's not as hard to learn as what other users claim. The style of editing is similar to Final Cut and Premiere. Lastly, in order to be most effective, you will need some screen space. But I think it's common in most video editing tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am doing a commercial editing for a conservative financial institution and they want something straightforward and clean. VEGAS Pro can be somehow flashy, but among the video editing tools I have used in the past, nothing beats this one in terms of ease and speed of editing videos. Its keyboard command functions are also the most logical, which I think is also one of the reasons why editing in this software is pretty easy. It's the best tool to use for most of my projects. But I still use other software, depending on the requirement of the task.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love the most about this program is its simplicity. In fact, it's the simplest video editor I have ever tried.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only the problem with the file source option. I cannot find the video whenever I move the file from the folder, Other than that, everything is good. I am using this tool to edit videos for fun and work and I'm pretty satisfied with its performance. It has everything I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Editing client testimonial videos has now become a piece of cake. So I'm also using it to create Instagram ads, video ads, and so much more!
