What do you like best?

The idea is great. There is a point in the set up when help is needed. But it was not forthcoming.

What do you dislike?

A set up meeting was scheduled but Vcita failed to turn up. I suspect they couldn't cope with the time difference (I'm in Australia. There was no follow up after the missed meeting either.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I wanted to see if I could increase leads off my website, but no benefits for my subscription was realised because without their help I couldnt complete the set up.

What do you like best?

We like the all in one solution. It's easy and simple to use. It integrates well online software.

What do you dislike?

It's a little expensive. The all in one features are nice but are all very basic. So, does not really replace stand alone solutions. The scheduling is very basic, similar to the free features in other applications. The marketing / email is very basic, not nearly robust as stand alone email services. Feel like the sales process promised a lot, without telling us there were A LOT of upgrade requirements.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great for Small Business. Make sure it FULLY replaces current software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Set up is very easy and their customer support will walk you through it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the most part the service was ok. However, don't purchase the year membership without really giving it a good trial. You will not get refunded any portion of your fee if it doesn't work out. They will keep the entire year's fee. Only pay monthly until you really feel it is going to work for you. Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to connect with products outside of Zapier.
