Tjänsten som sådan fungerar tillfredställande, om gränssnittet inte är så intuitivt. Vad som inte fungerar är kundtjänst och uppsägning. Vi sade upp tjänsten då vi inte längre hade behov av den och gränssnittet medförde svårigheter i hanteringen av den data som tillhandahölls, men trots detta skickas faktura ut, med hävdande att vi sagt upp för sent. Trots bestridande och översändande av information om att vi sagt upp i tid sänds ärendet vidare till inkasso, Svea Inkasso, som tar ärendet vidare, trots bestridande igen, till KFM. Vi befinner oss nu i den sitsen att vi antingen måste ta ärendet till domstol eller betala 70 000 för en tjänst som inte använts på ett år eller förbli i KFM:s register tills det avgjorts i domstol. Aldrig mer Vainu och om ni funderar på Vainu, se till att få med en automatisk uppsägning i avtalet så att ni slipper ta samma resa som vi nu tvingas till.

What are the best aspects of this product?

You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible. It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some bugs that you could've called as problematic... However, Vainu has fixed all those bugs, so currently there aren't any aspects I see could work better. Works exactly as we need it to work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I have yet to try the mobile app which sends you 100 new prospects every day based on CRM data, but I'd like to see a similar functionality in the desktop app. Basically this would remove the need to manually create the search filters that let you find those profitable sales prospects and instead just give you that all automatically, done by a machine. That would be cool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem we solved with Vainu was our whole prospecting process. Previously, we did prospecting manually, looking for company information on websites and other company sites, and hoping to find qualified prospects.

We wanted to make the job of our salespeople as easy as possible and to be certain that every salesperson always has enough prospects when a new week begins. That's why we chose Vainu, and so far it has done exactly that and extremely cost-efficiently.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Real-time sales, always fresh information, good prospecting lists and helpful triggers to consider most interesting changes in companies. Vainu has helped our prospecting, customer selection process and meaningful converstion openings with our current customers and customer candidates. Overall your sales team can save time and find the right prospects efficiently. With the wide selection of filters, it's easy to sort out prospects by area, industries, revenue, tech savviness etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some specified feature for our branch still missing out but coming soon. No problems with integration between SalesForce and some bugs that have appeared Vainu has fixed quickly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better look a like features for searching new companies who are best fit for us.

Unefficient prospecting and lack lists.
