What do you like best?
I guess it is a good thing that it is could based.
What do you dislike?
Clunky, and vanilla design seemed very difficult to use. Would require a lot of customisation
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not many, it was chosen when an upgrade was required
You will need to employ 4 times as many staff and you can never be sure that it is correct because it is so complicated and user unfriendly. It would be quicker and cheaper to go back to pen and paper
What do you like best?
I like the possibilities the system offers, all the features that might be of great help if we had all the support needed to make this system really work for us.
What do you dislike?
The constant changes our organization has to do to make it more suitable to our needs. Also the lack of technical expertise in USA and the countries to help solving all the issues in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product
These recommendations are from a user´s point of view.
First, get guarantee of technical assistance until the system is fully working for the whole organization.
Second, make sure to gather all the organization needs worldwide, get all the right configuration, technical experts in house.
Third, keep a parallel system until your are completely sure your Unit4 ERP is fully and properly working.

We just got access to the system this week, I'll reserve my opinion until I've had a chance to us it
What do you dislike?
Field Service Management seems to be pieced together. we are still unable to get consistent reports. the PM side of the system has become very difficult to use. what took 4 steps before now takes 8 or 9 and we are dropping some altogether.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
working on saving and printing W/O. working on Printing out monthly Pms. Working on posting billable hours.
What do you like best?
Very integrated system, generally. There are a lot of options offered and most of them operate well, like other financial systems.
What do you dislike?
Integration is not perfect and some modules seem to behave differently from the rest.

Business require more resources to support this system. Some of the support can be quite technical.

We are using it for our financial system. I like the concept of workflows.
