What do you like best?
helpful to have everyone's contact info and organize messages into teams and threads
What do you dislike?
threads often get lost and is confusing. not good for sending out any important information because it will get lost in the mass messaging.

use slack instead

good for casual communication (ex. sending out reminders to teams, asking to cover shifts, etc)

I like what it's aiming to do. The interface is pleasant.

Something to allow collaboration that isn't Slack or email. I bounced off it :(
What do you like best?
Twist is based around threads which is great. It really helps keeps conversations focused and on task. No other software has thread support quite like Twist. If your team is looking for the best thread support than Twist is a good choice.
What do you dislike?
The lack of regular chat channel options. I wish we could have a few open chat channels similar to Slack within Twist.
The problem is that sometimes you have small conversations or topics that don't require or fit into any other thread. These kinds of things get lost or never brought up. For this reason, our team ditched Twist and went back to Slack.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps team members who are working remotely and on a different time zone as other team members. Sometimes I would check in 7 hours after a conversation went on. It's easy to catch up on this and reply with threads. In Slack the conversation moves onto the next and you end up missing out on important topics.
What do you like best?
I like the ease of communication the app provides for remote teams.
What do you dislike?
Some things aren't as intuitive as I would've liked. Mostly used as an alternative to Slack but with less features than Slack.
