What do you like best?
I did not like this product at all; it seemed to make my laptop susceptible to viruses.
What do you dislike?
This program seemed to compromise my laptop's privacy and safety and after using TunnelBear, my laptop got a virus.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have solved no problems using this software. I have realized no benefits using this software.
In 24 hours of "using" tunnelbear I recieved no less then 3 emails commenting on the program, including that my free data was now spend. Mind you at this point I hadn't even used it actively.
Absolute garbage, the reviews saying it is good must be paid reviews. I have premium and connections are unreliable that is when you can actually get a connection that works. Anything other than loading a webpage i would not recommend.
Free version is waste of time!!! It might work (i cant say...it start up when my pc is open, so i might use all 500point (that work for like 5minutte if you watch video.I delete again day after install because it was no longer free
If Tunnelbear works OK then fine. If you have problems then their Customer support is non-existent. I've had connection problems following a change to fibre optic and a new router. Despite requests for help absolutely no response. Am unhappy and will not renew.
