What are the best aspects of this product?
The UI is neat, which makes it very convenient for users. It lets a non-tech savvy person configure the tool and make a scan easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The notification about the need to upgrade to a premium version is somehow a problem on a free package. Such notification appears on the home screen, thus making it quite confusing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Navigating the internet feels safer and more secured for me. I do not need to worry about downloading suspicious files too.

Reliable mobile security tool. It is very lightweight for my device as well.

I’m not satisfied with the speed of its update security patching. I hope it would become faster.

All the data in my mobile device are safe from compromise and threats. I do not need to worry about phishing or virus vulnerabilities anymore.

Trend Micro Security has caused some problems to other tools in our devices. These are some interference as it works.

It is very suitable for our 911 operations. We run Trend Micro Security on police, fire department staff, and EMS on mobile devices, among other personnel.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I can make it run in the background while I do some other things on my device. There are even days when I forget about Trend Micro running on my device. I’m a loyal user of Trend Micro, and I can’t think of any other software that can replace this one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface gets too disorganized in certain moments. This makes Trend Micro hard to use. I also stumble on some errors when opening alerts from the program.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It keeps all the security worries away when I’m thinking about my phone. I’m confident that Trend Micro would keep it safe on or off my hands. Also, I run Trend Micro on my desktop. This is essential for my small business because I handle tons of data from different people daily. It helps me avoid any data compromise through my operations.
