It's a great way to sequence work activities knowing what other contractors are doing to coordinate work spaces so tasks can be coordinated and prioritized in order to keep the ultimate customer in the know and happy
What do you dislike?
Time spent in front of a computer/tablet that should be utilized in the field. It is somewhat time consuming.

Good reminder of sequencing of activities and helps to make sure material arrives when it's needed

i wish there was a drop down menu for individual sections. or be able to select 2. Verses the whole schedule

It allows you track scheduled tasks from a very small and precise scale to a large overall. it also allows you to track the tasks of each of your predecessors and adjust accordingly.
What do you dislike?
In construction things are extremely fluid. circumstances change sometimes by the hour. the feature where the controlling entity has you "promise" just seems like a way for them to hold something against you, regardless of the real situation.

just started using this for a project schedule. excited to see how it goes.

Its interface is ok, bou it is a very limited tool
What do you dislike?
Very limited tool. Not every project, nor every phase of a project is controlled using pull planning, and this tool does not preform well unless you only use pull planning, plus it takes away a lot of the interaction of the parties during pull planning sessions
Recommendations to others considering the product
It should adress all of the last planner sistem, including strategic plan, detailed plan, and daily plan, no only focus on pull planing
