What do you like best?
Tookan is a great product but when it comes to solving problems with the development team the operational mode is at risk as critical issues are not resolved in time.
What do you dislike?
Support and development promises take months and most never happen unless I resend the request to other support agents. It’s been months now and we are still waiting for basic requests to be solved.
Excuses and unjustified delays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning on building upon tookan make sure you have plenty of time for endless waiting. Bug fixes, updates, support and anything human related is too slow and painful.
If you are going to use it out of the box as it is then it’s ok.

We use Tookan in order to plan our delivery routes and track our drivers while there are out for deliveries in order to plan our ressources. It is easy to use, you simply have to insert data of your customers, with adress and so on. When orders are ready for delivery you simply take all open orders and let the program assign them to your available drivers. The clever algorithm will try to give you the best in terms of shortest delivery times. Therefore you will also improve your fuel consumtion.
What do you dislike?
The ETA should have some improvement, since it is often off by a lot of time. Otherwise Tookan works really great and is a pleasure to work with.

What do you like best?
The ultimate delivery management app that helps me manage my team of agents, monitor their tasks and see if they are doing their job and delivering the parcels on time. It also helps me optimize routes to reduce the wastage of time. I like how I can turn on notifications and stay updated with the activities of the agent. I like how I can filter my deliveries myself, and know when they get delivered. During this time, it is very important to track my orders as the customers need to be satisfied, with tookan's bird eye view I can do that easily from my phone anywhere, or even receive emails or notifications for them.
What do you dislike?
Its a good very easy informative. It does have a habit to freeze/hang even if i swipe down to refresh after being in multitask. Needs full exit and restart.

This app has made my life easier as now i dont have to run after delivery agencies to pick my order and deliver it, which was mostly not delivered on time. With tookan, I can now manage my deliveries, schedule them, and set them according to my schedules. The best part is the tracking feature, which enables me to know where the parcel is at the moment. Highly recommend.
