Easy to use and set up projects, I like that you can import projects from Basecamp. You are also able to import template projects, which means for a little set up time you can save time setting up future projects. You can allocate itemized number of hours for projects, and run various reports to track.

What do you dislike?

Good for tracking hours... not much else. Would be nice to have this integrated with a project manager, calendar and other features... However, the system does allow for importing data from Basecamp or from a templates project.
