I'm facing problem with new user creation. Its takes ablotnof time.. almost 12 hrs for the new acct to get active.. why is that so?

I’ve been with Thinkific for quite a few years and have seen it grow into what I thought was a great platform. But then…I needed to bulk upload coupons, a simple CSV file! I upgraded my account, followed their steps for Postmaster public API and it didn’t work. Support gave me a generic response “you need to upgrade to Pro+Growth” which is an extra $900 on top of the monthly $99 fee - all this for a CSV file upload? Luckily Teachable offer that basic functionality for free. Don’t know in what universe they believe this is an acceptable response for a legitimate query from a customer of many years. Shocking! Needless to say, I have cancelled it and a WARNING for you all, if you cancel, you won’t be able to access your course material EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE PAID FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MONTH! Generic responses from support, no care or concern - what has happened to Thinkific?

It's impossible to talk with anyone and clarify their misunderstandings. The written help topics deal with how to do things, but so often miss the point. Fixing problems isn't addressed at all, and the people on the glacially slow chats send the instructions that aren't helpful. We're on their pro+growth plan but can't imagine upgrading, or even staying much longer.

I think it is pretty good but it still needs a lot of improvement for interactive tools. Other competitors have lower price with more payment interactions and also more teaching tools. However, the platform is user friendly and the screen is clear. I dislike the way the number of lessons in the course appears for people who want to buy it because it is counting not the modules but the classes and it only shows the ones released, which affects the dynamic of the course selling and delivering.

Mostly a solid platform, held back by a few bugs. For example, the latest update seems to have completely broken the user search. Inputting anything into search results in a blank screen. This means that to find users you have to scroll through hundreds of pages alphabetically. Depending on how large your user list is, this can take a very long time. This could be mitigated if you could enter a specific page number to navigate to, but you can only go to "next/previous" page or "last page".
