What do you like best?
When you start working with Talkwalker you can't go back. It is easy to use whith ready to use apps but you have the possibility to go deeper with a lot of functionality.
The support you can have with their Customer Success Manager and the constant improvement of the platform makes Talkwalker a must-have tool
What do you dislike?
Maybe the price ? But when you choose to drive a Ferrari don't be surprise by the price ;)

What do you like best?
Talkwalker was relatively easy to use and did the basics well.
What do you dislike?
Talkwalker was disappointing for our needs, as we did not get the social media coverage we needed. We often found important mentions of our clients via other methods, often by simply typing the client's name into a search.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence before using talkwalker. Be sure that it is the right product for your needs before buying it. We quickly realized that it was not the right product, but were not able to get out of our contract as we'd just signed it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used talkwalker to monitor our clients' mentions on social media and in the news.
What do you like best?
The client ready graphs and analysis it provides. It is very eye catching. Can cut-n-paste into internal reports. They are very good looking.
Top influencer information has proved to be a very valuable tool.
What do you dislike?
It is a bit slow.
Not as user friendly as I would like.
Navigation is not as easy as I would like.
The fact that the site claims (via their contract), as well as on their invoices claim to allow payment for services via credit card. This is not true. Credit Card payment is not an option at this time. Not a big deal, but I felt mislead.
I recommend using the free service that tracks for 7 days and not paying for the full service until they fix their issues such as the need to streamline their UI, speed up the loading time between pages (I have 300+ Mbps for downloading and 22+ Mbps for uploading) and make the site a little more user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trail. It is a little pricey for a service that still needs some fine tuning. I do believe they can improve and that Talkwalker will become a really great tool, but right now the ease-of-use is not there.

It does provide my clients with information on how their messaging resonates and where it resonates.
Talkwalker could become a very valuable tool, but it needs to streamline its UI, speed up the loading between pages, and hopefully become a little more user friendly.
What do you like best?
Talkwalker has everything in it, it is simple and has a neat layout, one can use many filters like date, city, source and many others. Visualization in it is very good and nice, dashboard and reports are also good as compared to other tools. It also has many other features which can make useful reports and can help in many useful insights. Previewing data while query submission is also an important part of Talkwalker.
What do you dislike?
Data accuracy is very poor, query submission is also important, Sentiment tagging is very poor in Talkwalker and one can't truly believe in its tagging. Data downloading is limited and if data amount is high then you can find many data missing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If a company wants to serve more insightful reports to the client then Talkwalker is a very useful tool. It has many good features in it. So one can use it.

Talkwalkers has many features in it which helps in making a brief report and one can edit useful insights in reports. We can provide a separate dashboard for every client that makes it a professional tool.
