What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Synthesio is its flexibility, you can easily customize the dashboards so it can meet all your needs. I like the multiple topic structure approach for developing queries. The customer service is responsive, always willing to help and they care about our performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see native platform engagements including mentions in the export. But when I mention this to their customer team they told me that they would work on this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to monitor numerous campaigns at the same time and to align with campaign objectives. Campaign analytics help us to measure client priority and interests. Also, we can measure by topic and channel which is very important.

This is wonderful social intelligence analysis solution. It measures every project and data. I have great experience with its customer service team because they are helpful and always responsive. We can easily manage and create successful projects thanks to this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve their mobile capabilities because I’m often on the go and I always use my mobile device to finish and check upon the projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We need constant and accurate data so we can improve our services. This tool helps changed our way of how we do our performances and it helps us to measure our clients’ reactions to our services and effort through sentiment analysis, demographics and competitive analysis.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is user-friendly and intuitive wih great design and visualisation of data, there are charts and graphs so you can easily analyze your data. You can export the chart or you can use raw data for future manipulations. Also, it offers real time insights, crisis tracking and social media monitoring. With this tool we managed to increase mentions and followers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion the analyse system needs some improvements, also they could include option so we can easily switch between work spaces so we can reduce time spent for data extraction. In addition, I’d like to see an option that would help me to pull put dara from blog/forum or twitter account.

It helps me to better understand the behavior of my consumers and to attrack potential customers. We managed to improve our product services. We get clear insight into our customers’ needs and interests. It allows us to create smart decisions for product launches, smart targetting for paid pushes. There are options that help us to measure crisis management, reporting and potential interventions.

This is very easy to use product. It is highly flexible and wonderful tool for reporting. The client service team is important to us and they assist and help us along the way. This is great and ful featured solution for social analytics and campaign management. We can spot valuable opportunities thanks to its thorough insights. I like its navigation and set up.

The privacy policies are very restrictive.

It helps us to connect marketing efforts to ROI, to review data across all public media and to spot crisis.
