What do you like best?
Best in class, personal tech support from a friendly, knowledgeable team.
What do you dislike?
Restricted features but progressing in the right direction. The UX of the dashboard and features like a audience template library would be helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's been great to have the ability to approach optimisation in a methodical and statistical manner at an affordable price point. It's great to be able to use this grade of tool at a price that is affordable to SME's. Some competitors have priced themselves out of the market in my opinion. You do get less functionality than some of the top enterprise tools but with the best technical support available most test ideas are achievable. I can't rate the team behind the tool enough, very personable, friendly and knowledgeable team. I have run tests that have proven +93% uplift in conversions. Great also to see the statistical uplift realised post-test in the live environment backing up the tool and test results achieved.
What do you like best?
I really like the fact that SiteGainer have a dedicated team to help set up experiments when I as a user dont have the technical skills to set the experiment up correctly. this team is quick and it never takes more than 2 days from i contact them till we have the experiment live
What do you dislike?
Since we are several product managers using SiteGainer and some of us are running alot of experiments it would be beneficial to have a way to create a map structure for the experiments on the dashboard
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SiteGainer is a great tool for sites who depend on A/B testing to learn how to improve their products. If you as I work in an online organisation where you want to experiment and also need to prioritize how to spend development resources their support offering where they help you set up the experiments you want is great.Their data dashboard is also easy to understand and includes statistical significance data so that you see how reliable the data you are looking at is.

Acquiring user information: Our biggest area of growth is how we can acquire more information from new users. Having a tool like SiteGainer that have built-in features like the pop-up functionality gave us the possibility in a quick way figure out how we should get more information from our users without having to spend any internal development resources in the learning process.
What do you like best?
The targeting and ability to segment/personalise content to different audiences is very powerful, and the development side of things is easy to navigate and use
What do you dislike?
Some of the analytics output can be limited, but setting up GA integration allows you to bypass this potential flaw and means you can manipulate the data anyway you need to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need/want a CRO tool then you cannot go wrong with sitegainer. The price and ease of use is outstanding.

What do you like best?
Sitegainer offers many of the features of the bigger CRO players. The support team have helped me promptly on a few occasions. The cost has increased over the years but I imagine this is because they offer so many new features now.
What do you dislike?
I've used Sitegainer for a few of years now and there were some bugs in the beginning but the product is getting forever better. The support team have always been on hand to help get my tests working or fix bugs at their end.

Using Sitegainer I'm able to show clients the positive impact that new design changes can have that fix a specific issue found be analysing the data.
What do you like best?
Sitegainer shines when it comes to being a very simple AB testing platform. The editor, though not without flaws, can be used by any member of a team, regardless of development knowledge. The AB tests seem to track properly, and there isn't much of a discrepancy in terms of numbers.
Sitegainer also offers heatmaps for clicks and scrolling on your landing pages. What I liked about sitegainer's heatmaps when compared to the ones offered by Hotjar, is that when you manipulate JS elements on your page (such as expanding a window) the clickmap follows.
Where the company does best is through its customer support. I've had them answer emails at all hours of the day, often within minutes of sending them. They have always accepted calls from us in order to tackle a tough issue or set up a certain feature. They even design entirely new features just because we've requested them.
What do you dislike?
As mentioned above, their editor is not the strongest option out there. As far as features go, it's got everything that you would need, it just tends to be a little bit buggy. It shows up on the page even when you aren't using their site (just clear your cache). It also doesn't handle moving elements around very well without the use of CSS or JS.

We needed a proper solution for AB tests, and they seemed to fit the bill. Their biggest benefit is that anyone can use it, regardless of technical knowledge.
