What do you like best?
What i like the best is protecting the data to those people that may harm our confidential files. And reporting as well is good so that it can monitor the illegal activities.
What do you dislike?
Monitoring of files were sometimes not accurate.

What do you like best?
Automated Data Classification makes it a little easier to identify what's what and saves time without having to go through each bit of data for accuracy.
What do you dislike?
Support can be a nightmare when you call in to get assistance trying to either find the account your referencing or the technical expertise is not enough at that specific level that you have to escalate the call to the next line of support which causes it to take longer to resolve the issue and get it back up and running like it was supposed to be running to start with
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any recommendations at this time for this product as we are no longer using it. We evaluated it to see how it would fit with our companies needs. Although we were impressed with the options we chose another product which better fit our needs and was more cost effective. I'm not sure what else to put here as it is requiring more text which I don't have. I would say for those evaluating the product make sure it will do what your company requires and you have the correct parties involved in making the decision to move to the product. SDLP offers a lot and is very effective at what it is designed to do but there are several products on the market which also provide similar services.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Regulatory compliance which works hand in hand with our PCI compliance making sure everything is secure and protected. It discovered things we over looked and classified them accordingly.
What do you like best?
The product family (although expensive) and the ability to manage the family from one console with the same DLP policies and rules.
What do you dislike?
Very complex to implement DLP policies and rules for endpoints without the other product-family components like the mail-gateway. Some simple things that would make things far more simple and less complex aren't even implemented yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're an enterprise client: really do a proof of concept and see how the products works with a large environment: is if possible at all and how's the complexity?

It offers us good protection when using multiple external files. Although a good product, I'd be honest about some of the things that make working with the product complex or expensive. A fairly great number of theoretically small adjustments would make it much better.
What do you dislike?
documentation is not easy to read, especially if you have not used to this product. big problem is you need to familiar with many computer language like python, java and oracle.

because it need some kind of technical background, I would recommend educate consumer first before rolling this out
What do you like best?
Best use seems to be finding broken processes, e.g. Someone in HR shipping out Csv fulls of Pii data in the clear.
What do you dislike?
Not many solutions appear to be that robust at detecting malicious actors.
